A modern neighborhood in Rome
This part of Rome was laid out more recently, so its streets are elegant, wider and easier to walk than those in the historic center.
The main attractions in Prati are its palaces, such as the one housing the Palace of Justice, its well-kept squares and gardens, and its peace and quiet. It sits very close to Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo.
It is well connected to central Rome by metro, and although it may seem a little removed from the center, from the heart of the neighborhood to places like Piazza del Popolo or Piazza Navona it is just over 1 km.
